Q? How often does the Blast Triathlon Club practice?
A.

Our club is currently offering run practices at 6pm on Thursday evenings. We are working on adding swimming throughout winter 2018, spinning starting in 2018 and yoga for triathletes.

Q? Where does the Blast Triathlon Club meet?
A.

Our club meets at different locations throughout the West Hamilton, Ancaster and Dundas Area.  Examples of where we meet include the Princess Point, Chedoke Golf Course, Morgan Firestone Arena, Main West Mall (plaza on south side of Main St W), Dundas Driving Park and Churchill Park.

Q? I am just starting out in Triathlon, will I be able to keep up with the members of Blast?
A.

The Blast Triathlon Club contains athletes of all abilities including seasoned triathletes or people that have never done a sprint triathlon before!  If you are interested in trying out the club, email us at blasttriclub@gmail.com.

Q? What is the cost of joining Blast?
A.

In order to train with the Blast Triathlon Club, you will need to be a member of Triathlon Ontario.  Throughout the season we may offer opportunities to participate in events such as swimming, spinning or yoga. The cost for those events will be split evenly between the club members that choose to participate in those sessions .
